How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive our schedule link to pencil down a time for both of us.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We both understand we might feel sick, kids got in the way, last minute unforeseen events happen etc. We allow last minute rescheduling or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice once, after that we would have deemed our coaching session have taken place and no refund will be provided.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
What if any of us think or feel we are no longer the right coach/client for each other any more?
Fear not. All we need to do is to part ways amicably. The time we have spent is not refundable, all we need to do is to stop any future recurring payments with immediate effect.
